Our Story
Where it Started
Binns’ Bakes is a small cake business, based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. We create handmade sweet treats specialising in Brownies, Blondies, Cookies, Cakes – including celebration cakes for all occasions such as weddings, birthdays, christenings etc. And so much more!
Our business started out as a calorific hobby during the first Covid-19 Lockdown in 2020 and has quickly turned in to having many valued and continued customers, shipping across the UK and attending multiple artisan markets each month.
Meet the Faces of Binns’ Bakes
Who’s baking your favourite sweet treats?
Elaine (the baker) is a fully qualified chef, who has over 10 years experience in the kitchen, and her love for making brownies blossomed further in 2020 during the first Covid-19 lock down. Elaine’s favourite item is our edible cookie dough!
Leanne (the socials and official photographer) has a degree in English and Journalism. She takes on all our orders, advertises and posts of social media and helps with any questions and queries you may have. Leanne’s favourite is a Lotus Blondie, or a White Chocolate Rocky Road.
